Understanding client's requirements prior to commencement of design work

Responsible for all design, space planning and conceptualization of ideas (color scheme and materials)
Preparation of proposals for design work (sketches and design work)
Drafting of quotations and work schedule to clients
Project management overseeing entire project workflow
Liaising between clients, contractors and vendors from start till project completion
Develop and prepare drawings and designs from initial ideas, sketches, specification sheets
Drafting of carpentry detailed drawings using relevant software
Understanding and communicate consequences of designs
Other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:

Sales driven, proactive and meticulous, able to work independently, good presentation skills
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
Flexibility to travel as required (within Singapore)
