Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and review Risk Assessments and assist in identifying and assessing risks arising from the workplace
  • Coordinate, and implement all Workplace Safety and Health Initiatives
  • Conduct Workplace Safety and Health audits and incident investigations
  • Produce Site Workplace Safety and Health Reports on a regular basis
  • Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and statutory requirements
  • Coordinate Workplace Safety and Health Meetings and conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings and training
  • Conduct regular inspections of the worksite and recommend reasonably practical control measures at the workplace
  • Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as may be required by the regulatory authorities
  • Attend site inspection with a regulatory officer during the audit
  • Perform other adhoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirement:

  • Min 4 years of relevant experience in the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental field
  • Good knowledge of Government Regulations in the chemical industry
  • Familiar with OSH/ ISO documentation
  • Monday to Saturday Work Week
  • 1 Year Contract, Renewable / Convert to fulltime
  • Work location is at Jurong Island + Tuas Area
