Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager and/or Construction Manager in all onsite construction works.
  • Assist Construction Manager to prepare construction materials ordering, delivery of materials, logistics and work schedule,
  • Supervise a group of workers in rebars, carpentry, formworks and safety supervisions
  • Planning of micro scheduling with other trades/disciplines against construction program
  • Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance with the company's operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.
  • Ensuring foremen and workers meet regulatory work requirements.
  • To check and ensure compliance with MOM/NEA and relevant authorities Requirements
  • Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.
  • Ensuring environmental, safety, and health practices are carried out at all times.
  • Adopt and develop digital tools to manage the workforce, productivity, materials and logistics deployment

Requirements:


  • Minimum Secondary School Education / relevant Certificates
- minimum three (3) years experience in Construction Projects

  • Experience with Precast/PPVC/MET projects will be an added advantage
  • Organized, meticulous with positive work attitude
  • Able to work independently and a team player
  • Good analytical, supervision, and communication skills
  • Completed QM project and a registered Coretrade Foremen/ Supervisor would be an added advantage

Salary:
$2, $5,400.00 per month

  • Day shift
