    We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an Intern who is interested to broaden their knowledge in demand planning, S&OP and supply chain processes in the local market. The Intern will work under the supervision of the Demand Planning and Customer Service Lead in Singapore and will be required to collaborate with other functions, mainly supply chain hub and commercial functions (Marketing/ Trade Marketing/ Sales).

    Preferred School/Course of Intern : Undergraduate students majoring in Supply Chain/ Business/ Business Operations/ Data Science and Analytics.

    Key Responsibilities

    You will be required to:

  • Analyse sales trend vs forecast.
  • Work with sales team on reviewing and updating the forecast.
  • Collaborate with supply hub to mitigate supply gaps.
  • Update phase-in, phase-out of SKUs.
  • Review and update Excel files with latest information.

    Throughout the course of the internship, you will attain the following learning outcomes:

  • Learn and understand the business mechanics, eg. Base business, promotions, new launches.
  • Learn how to view historical trends and translate to forecast.
  • Communicate with other functions in the right language.
  • Identify supply risk and learn the various methods to mitigate supply gaps.
