    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Assist Sales team to process sales orders
    • Issue Purchase orders, Invoices, packing list
    • Liase with Chinese suppliers for orders and deliveries
    • Data entries in ERP systems for sales, purchase and inventory
    • General office duties eg filing, answering telephone call etc

    Requirements

    • ITE diploma in business adminstration or accounting
    • GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
    • min 1 year experience in office administrations
    • familiar with MS office, words and excels
    • fast learner and independent worker to handle given tasks and
    • good team worker
