Description
Job Duties- Conduct On-Site and On-Line Training to ensure customers are familiar with the features of our products.- Conduct On-Site customer visitation to promote the value of our products.
- Help the sales team with upselling, crossselling, and renewals.
- Liaise Delivery & Training schedule with customers.
- Professionally resolves product, service issues and complaints.
- Act & liaise with relevant departments in event of any issues and complaints from customers.
- Assist in creating training materials for the department.
- Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Education / Experience
- At least GCE 'A' level or ITE in any discipline.
- No Experience required
- Possesses a patient, friendly and pleasant attitude.
Specific Skills (Knowledge, skills and abilities)
- Experience in customer service or related field will be advantage.
- Aptitude with positive disposition is preferred.
- Possess good work ethics and good team player.
- Ability to communicate/ listen clearly and professionally
