Description

Responsible for executing project planning tasks in one or more areas of a project, assisting in preparation of tenders as required, development of bid plans and execution plans/schedules for FPSO new builds, conversion projects and modification projects

Develop Project schedules for assigned project area, covering all phases of Projects from concept development, tender, bids, FEEDs, construction, commissioning, execution, modification to completion, and contribute to overall project plan
Monitor and update project progress
Organize and prepare project progress reports, and support the project manager in monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting performance
Prepare mitigation/recovery schedules
Actively contribute to forecasting and rescheduling of project plans and schedules, including formal baseline revisions
Carry out Schedule Risk Analyses using Primavera Risk Analyzer
Work closely with and actively support all other project teams
Cooperate closely with Document Control and interface to ProArc Planning module
Liaise with department heads for planning of maintenance activities
Participate in development of standard execution schedule for FPSO new builds, conversion projects and modification projects
Participate in analysis and benchmarking to optimize plans and schedules
Contribute to development and maintenance of historical data and best practices of engineering/construction norms for use in future bid proposals and future benchmarking initiatives
