    Description

    Good company benefits and bonuses package\As a Assistant Manager (Transformation Office), you will be responsible for the following duties:Support the Organisation's Committee in driving and management of transformation, technology, and innovation projects.

    Project Management of Technology and Innovation InitiativesSupporting Digital Solutions Adoption:

    Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas where digital solutions can enhance care delivery and streamline work processes

    Planning and Implementation:
    Assist in planning and executing pilots and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

    Tracking and Evaluation:
    Continuously monitor implementation progress and gather feedback to measure the impact on care delivery and work processes

    Administration and Governance:
    Manage project grants/funds effectively, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines

    Stakeholder Engagement:
    Foster relationships with external parties like government agencies, vendors, and academic institutions to leverage expertise and resources.

    Championing Technology and Innovation RoadmapBuilding Knowledge Networks:
    Curate a repository of technology and innovation resources and facilitate knowledge sharing through various platforms and events

    Industry Engagement:
    Engage with industry partners and academic institutions to stay abreast of trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

    Funding and Training Opportunities:
    Identify potential funding sources and training programs that align with Organization's goals and needs

    Organizational Culture:
    Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by encouraging stakeholders to explore new ideas and technologies

    Opportunity Identification:
    Act as a bridge between internal needs and external solutions, facilitating discussions and promoting collaboration

    Recognition and Showcase:
    Highlight successful pilots and projects internally and externally to showcase achievements and inspire further innovation

    Secretariat SupportDocument Preparation:
    Assist in drafting funding proposals and poster submissions, ensuring clarity and alignment with objectives

    Meeting Support:
    Provide logistical support for technology and innovation meetings, ensuring smooth coordination and communication among stakeholders

    Requirements:


    Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 3 – 5 years of experiences in healthcare operations and / or transformation work.

    Experience in healthcare management, project management and stakeholder management is preferred.

    Knowledge and use of process improvement tools such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile Management, Scrum, Design Thinking would be advantageous.

    Strong analytical mind, ability to see different perspectives to facilitate high impact projects.
    Strong project management skills including good communications and interpersonal skills.
