Will serve as the HR Business Lead providing operational, strategic partnering and staff advise to internal stakeholders relating to staff engagement and practices, local employment laws and HR policies.
The role will be the primary lead in HR relationship management, involve in Benefits and Contract Management, Payroll, Work Passes, Staff Reporting, Government Claims / Subsidises, Project roll-out (eg: HRIS, Salary / Company Policies).Act as a key point of contact from stakeholders for all HR matters and involved in HR projects and initiatives for the business and corporate business.
Position Requirements:
Must have a Bachelors' Degree in HR or related discipline.10 to 12 years of experience in the HR field – but not necessarily covering all facets in Human Resources.
Must have experience in Business Partnering / Relationship Management with good knowledge in staff development, talent acquisition and employee engagement.
Strong ability to communicate, engage and work with stakeholders at all levels, able to get their buy-in in introducing HR processes and new policies.
Ambitious and can accommodate other work hours as may be necessary.Well versed in the Singapore Employment Act and all other local labour legislation.
