    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
    • Assist the HR team with general HR administrative work
    • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the management or team
    • Manage general correspondences and reception duties (guests, letters, packages etc.)
    • Support office management for the wellbeing of employees
    • Manage claim verifications and submission of company expenses
    • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
    • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
    • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

    Requirements

    • Minimum Degree in relevant field
    • 1 year of working experience in office management, travel arrangement, secretarial support
