Our client is a fast-growing company supporting the recycling and renewable energy industry based in Singapore. We are hiring an experience
Payroll Specialist to be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Maintains and process payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into the payroll system, as well as retrieving data when necessary.
Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
Prepare payslips and reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and overtime paid.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, or yearend calculations of bonuses and other salarybased compensation.
Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information and interacting with HR.
Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures set by MOM and reporting needed changes.
Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

Ideally holds a Diploma or Degree qualified in Business, Accounting or Human Resource disciplines with relevant working experience in new start-up or manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of payroll software and a keen eye of detailed accuracy in numbers.
