    Area Manager's main role is to drive sales as well as to bring excellence in brand and retail execution for Swarovski stores, with the aim of meeting and exceeding sales targets and controlling operational expenses. Support and retain Swarovski customers and nurture those key relationships over time. They are the strategic partner and principal advisor to the clients, discovering new opportunities for mutual benefit.​

    Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Scale the B2C business of Southeast Asia, in-line with LuxIgnite 2025 to maximize market penetration within the guardrails of the Company's strategy and ensure the right balance between maximizing sales volume and brand control.
  • Drive sales and profit growth for the markets to achieve the financial targets (NNS/EBIT); define and own the local distribution strategy and establish a smart and lean route to market & sales setup for the market and key segments.
  • Oversee daily sales operations to ensure the most cost efficient yet impactful customer interaction to driven scalable growth.
  • Build, drive and ensure constantly improving sustainable client relationships with important key accounts.
  • Ensure strong sales management along the sales process with a focus on pipeline management & best in class account development planning.
  • Develop the SR/IR distribution development plan, maintaining good landlord-tenant relationships.
  • Track and analyse the locations performance and engage landlords on store performance/expansion discussions.
  • Identify training needs and deploy learning courses to uplift performance standards of retail team members.
  • Ensure training metrics are met across the region, in line with CX Academy performance indicators.
  • Lift the synergies that the new ONE team set-up offers, ensure close collaboration and alignment with local cross functional teams.
  • Collaborate with merchandising for demand and assortment planning. This include but not limited to feedbacks and product requirements (qualitative & quantitative).
  • Aspirational role-modelling leadership, ensuring high performing teams with strong retention rates. Support people action plans and change management initiatives. ​
  • About you

    We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Min. 10 years of relevant experience with 5 years in people management.
