As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to help us support our sales training and development initiatives.


We are seeking a Sales Enablement Intern to support key training and development projects that align with our sales strategy and business needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and structuring content, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting key meetings and communications initiatives.

You will also work closely with our sales enablement team to support worldwide sales meetings and ensure that training materials are created and ready for the event.

About the role - you will:

  • Support key training & development projects and initiatives that align with Sales strategy and business needs
  • Provide daytoday support, including content development & structuring
  • Interaction with key stakeholders like marketing and product management team with intention to work on content, develop learning path, and track status on activities through completion
  • Support training & key meetings coordination and communications initiatives
  • Support sales enablement team in projects like worldwide sales meeting training & coordination with stakeholders to ensure content and training materials being created and ready for the event
  • Regular communication with team members to checkpoint on business status, key requirements & work with stakeholders for plan to drive improvements

About you:


  • You should possess excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects in parallel and deliver them on time.
  • Knowledge of sales processes is a plus.

Your experience includes:


  • Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Business discipline or related field and returning to school in fall 202
  • Proven proficiency with content creation tools like video editing, Learning management systems & PowerPoint
  • Salesforce or other CRM tools proficiency a plus
  • Proven proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint & Excel
  • Genuine interest in learning and willingness to learn from all people, the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Adapt to change gracefully and learn new technologies quickly
  • Project management experience
  • Possess keen attention to detail and strong analytical thinking abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail
