Senior Consultant - (Contracting team):

In 2023 we have more than doubled the volume of our contractors working on various client sites around the world; from offshore wind to battery/energy storage, solar, green hydrogen and other projects linked to decarbonisation.

As more of these projects move from development stage to production, we see a significant increase in site-based activity in 2024 and beyond.

The role of a Senior Consultant in our contracting team is to perform as an individual contributor and deliver against financial targets through business development, subsequent client management and actively identifying top talent in the market-by-market mapping, headhunting and using social media platforms.

We are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant who ideally has a strong record managing 3rd party contracting requirements. Ideally you will come from a technical recruiting background in domains such as engineering, digital or similar.

Technical training in the energy sector will be provided and there will be a healthy mix of existing client base, projects and frameworks vs new development opportunities.
