Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead project team in key areas of Business Development / design / supervision / management for a wide range of projects
• Build and nurture client relationships
• Preparation of Marketing/ Project proposals and relevant Business Development related reports
• Provide good and effective customer service to new and existing clients
• Lead design preparation and presentations, ensure that product is of high standards.
• Form a design team which focuses on producing high standards designs
• Contract administration of construction projects to ensure that project is built according to design intent and in compliance with building codes

Requirements:

• Degree/Masters in Architecture, registered with BOA
• At least 20 years of relevant experience
• Healthcare Projects will be an added advantage
