Description

**Our client is a multinational company in the Manufacuting industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Engineering Manager to join their Engineering team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily accessible.

The Engineering Manager's responsibles are:

Oversee operational activities, focusing on process development and automation.
Lead a proficient Engineering team, ensuring technical support, meeting production demands, and complying with regulations.
Develop Engineering teams for excellence in Technical, Equipment Engineering, Process Design, Research and Development, and Safety.
Establish and manage process control, capital, and project status for enhanced efficiency and returns.
Execute improvement plans, meeting project timelines and commitments.
Formulate a topnotch technical and equipment engineering support team.
Review operational activities to identify process improvements, driving productivity and quality enhancements.
Provide leadership in Technical, Equipment, Process Engineering, and Work Safety for process development and excellent technical support.
Take responsibility for Work Safety and Health across production processes, ensuring hazard elimination.
Develop a strategy for an effective Technical services department, implementing a worldclass preventive maintenance plan.
Foster a teamwork environment for cultivating high technical skills.
Lead inhouse machines/automation machines and software development, covering concept, design, testing, and upgrading to meet production requirements.

Requirement

At least 5 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical/ Medical Devices industry
Minimum Degree in any discipline Knowledge in Automation design and concept
