Description
Our client, An A1 building construction firm is sorucing for a Site/Project Engineer for their project.


Responsibilities:


  • Report to Project Manager, Develop projected milestone, Plans & Method statement.
  • Determine project requirements and plans for resource such as
manpower, materials & equipment.

  • Provide Construction Sequence & Schedule to subcontractors.
  • Responsible for onsite technical and engineering matters
  • Ensure site works are executed based on approved drawing, Project requirement, Schedule, Safety & quality standards.
  • Site inspection & upkeep site record & progress reports.
  • Handling of drawing issues and authorities submission.
  • Coordinate, Attend meetings, liaise with consultants, clients, etc. Other duties assigned by the Project Manager
**Requirements: - Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore IES / BCA.

  • Min 3 years of experience managing construction projects, Experience In Midlarge scale Residential/ Condominium/ Mixed development or Commercial/ Industrial projects and Working experience with A1 & A2 maincontractors.
  • Analytical, organized and possess strong planning skills
  • Excellent project and time management abilities.
  • An effective communicator and has strong interpersonal skills
