- 2+ years of working experience in Customer / Marketing Analytics
- Have experience with delivering analysis such as Customer segmentation, Customer behaviors examination, Hypothesis testing
- Growth mindset, eager learner and humble in receiving feedback and implementing it
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical mind, able to break down complex problems in a structured and MECE manner
- Can-do attitude where proposals and suggestions are proactively provided to stakeholders
- Independent learner who enjoys technical challenges (Google is your best friend)
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with cross-departmental and cross-team projects experience, independently owning and promoting project execution
- SQL and BI visualization tools experience required. Experience with QlikSense will be an added advantage

As a Senior Data Analyst (Growth), you will be part of a regional function working to support the growth of all business units in Funding Societies.
