Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer's feedback and follow Standard operating procedures closely to resolve their feedback.
- Provide accurate and complete resolution
- To escalate issues that cannot be resolved by customer service associate to L2 Divisions promptly for handling.
- Work as a team and ensure that the contact centre service level is met
- Provide accurate and complete resolution
- Handle any other administrative functions as assigned by Team Leads / Managers
- To attend briefings/trainings conducted by Team lead / clients or Managers
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' levels and above
- Organised, selfmotivated, Positive attitude and resultoriented individual
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Empathetic and customeroriented, passion for service excellence
- Ability to multitask
