Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer's feedback and follow Standard operating procedures closely to resolve their feedback.
  • Provide accurate and complete resolution
  • To escalate issues that cannot be resolved by customer service associate to L2 Divisions promptly for handling.
  • Work as a team and ensure that the contact centre service level is met
  • Provide accurate and complete resolution
according to SOP and audit guideline.

  • Handle any other administrative functions as assigned by Team Leads / Managers
  • To attend briefings/trainings conducted by Team lead / clients or Managers

Requirements:


  • GCE 'O' levels and above
  • Organised, selfmotivated, Positive attitude and resultoriented individual
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Empathetic and customeroriented, passion for service excellence
  • Ability to multitask
