Responsibilities:
- Planning of all staff's roster to ensure smooth operation of the outlet, sales settlement daily and monthly
- Greet and assist guests who enter the business and answer phone calls from customers
- Process cash, check, and credit card payments using cash registers and digital systems
- Booking of appointments for customers
- Good skill in Window Words, Excel is a advantage
