Description

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for accurate and timely monthly payroll processing including resignations and tax clearance for exiting employees.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports on a timely basis.
  • Process internal reimbursement, government related claims and income tax submissions.
  • Support other HR assignments or projects on adhoc basis.

Requirements:


  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in relevant field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizing ability with minimum supervision required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Unit4 Systems will be advantageous
