Payroll Assistant Officer - Singapore - ASE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accurate and timely monthly payroll processing including resignations and tax clearance for exiting employees.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports on a timely basis.
- Process internal reimbursement, government related claims and income tax submissions.
- Support other HR assignments or projects on adhoc basis.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Preferably 2 years of experience in relevant field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizing ability with minimum supervision required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Unit4 Systems will be advantageous
