Position Description:
Events Executive manages all aspects of SICCI's event and administrative management, from budget management, agenda planning, to smooth event execution for staff and BOD, ensuring satisfaction.
Job Descriptions:
- Organise and schedule weekly Events team internal update with consolidation of info to all relevant stakeholders.
- Compile, submit and track all financial payments and budget per event.
- Raise all necessary Payment Orders and PR(s) for all events with timely submission.
- Central logistics in charge for existing events logistics inventory. Ensuring that current stocks are in working conditions. Prior to the event, ensure that the required equipment is ordered and in place.
- Source, contact and propose new venues for mall roadshows or outreach efforts with Marketing team.
- Application of necessary event licenses for all events
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of Diploma Holder
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience, prior experience in exhibitions will be an advantage
- Meticulous, proactive, and dynamic with ability to work independently and in a team.
- Effective communication and people engagement skills
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Able to multitask, work in fastpaced environment, and possess strong timemanagement skills.
