    The Client is a well-respected and successful Group specialized in Test Equipment for several industries, headquartered in France with 26 subsidiaries worldwide.

    The Aviation Division of the Group, that supplies world-leading aviation players with a diversified range of test equipment, is strengthening its sales team by recruiting a OCEANIA SALES MANAGER.

    What You'll Do


    The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for prospecting new customers as well as maintaining the current customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their requirement.

    This should result in a pro-active business development approach allowing you to optimize sales in your territory.
    Develop sales in the Oceania geographical region, as a preferenceSuccessfully manage sales projects from lead until delivery on siteBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsPerform equipment demonstration to customers and prospectsOrganize and attend exhibitions/marketing eventsIdentify opportunities for new equipment development, building up straight forward business cases to support new development, identifying and controlling risk and ensuring adequate returns for operations activityReport to the APAC Sales Manager, and the management at headquartersMaintain sales databases by inputting collected data and producing visit reports to managementTake lead/Offer support on specific ad-hoc projects such as tendersPrepare sales budget and participate in sales meetingsYour Skills and Experience

    Working knowledge of the aviation industry (minimum 3 to 5 years' experience)Technical knowledge of Test equipment is a plus (with Avionics and Electrical knowledge)Ability to plan, develop and execute multiple concurrent projectsStrong commercial acumen, good communication skills (Fluency in English is required, spoken and written), with the ability to develop 'partnership' relationships with customersFlexible to work in an international environment, no restriction to travel in-country and abroadTechnical OR Business degree is preferred, with experience in regional technical product sales (Aviation)
