    Our client is Singapore based architecture, interior design, and planning consultancy company with a focus on creating human centric for healthcare, research laboratories, eldercare and workplace environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide strong leadership and cultivate a collaborative team environment, managing teams of junior architects, interior designers, and draftsmen.
    • Drive excellence in design conceptualization, development, technical coordination, and documentation processes.
    • Ensure timely preparation, review, and delivery of architectural drawings across all project phases.
    • Administer professional sub-consultancy agreements and monitor team performance when acting as the contractual lead consultant.
    • Coordinate closely with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
    • Apply technical knowledge and creative problem-solving skills to address complex design and construction challenges.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 6-10 years of experience in architectural design, with a preference for candidates experienced in healthcare projects.
    • A recognized Degree in Architecture and registration with the Board of Architects, Singapore.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Proven track record of managing projects from initial concept through to construction completion.
    • Proficient in design and documentation software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.

    • Location: Central
    • Working days: 5 days
