- Able to prepare Thai food, Thai desserts and drinks, Rosti etc.
- Ensure all food preparation meets standards.
- Prepare and present high-quality food.
- Supervise and oversee staff.
- Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross-contamination.
- Ensure foodstuffs are of good quality and stored correctly.
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.
- Be responsible for and accountable for the overall food cost kitchen supplies, kitchen energy costs and kitchen utensils
- Manages kitchen stocks and ensures minimal wastage
- Trains kitchen staff to maintain consistency in the highest possible standard in food production and workplace hygiene, as well as to support a continuous improvement process
- Ability to provide leadership, motivation and training
- Proven ability of kitchen management
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Tenacious in picking up concepts and possesses strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Able to grasp business requirements and processes
- Minimum of 3 years experiences
- Good understanding of computer software such as POS, restaurant management system, and Microsoft Office
- Service oriented, meticulous, attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Able to speak Thai and English language
