Description

Responsibilities:

Manages and ensure the company processes and procedure manuals are updated, maintained with alignment to policies, goals & objectives, management programme, awards, certifications, etc.
Organize and coordinate with process owners to maintain continuous certification and registration of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 4500
Drive the Company's Quality Assurance performance at all construction sites with the Quality Management System & CONQUAS.
Plan & lead a team of auditors to conduct internal/ surveillance audits and detect good practices, nonconformities, and opportunities for improvements in controls and processes.
Review and perform root cause analysis of audit findings and identify trend data to recommend corrective action or mitigating control measures for improvement opportunities.
Manage the team of QA personnel and develop relevant training, learning & development programs for the personnel.

Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in Industrial or other related Engineering disciplines
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing quality assurance works
QA experience in the construction industry will be an advantage
Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 4500
Trained/certified in QEHS Integrated Management System Internal Auditing
