Description

Assist in the management and coordination of maintenance of Fire Protection system (alarm panel, mechanical pumps fire-hose reels, DECAMs, break glass etc).

Attend to user's requests and complaints via established Computerized Management Systems.
Ensure all preventive maintenance works and SOPs are carried out timely and according to the planned schedule as per the stipulated Response, Delivery, and Completion Time
Coach and train the technical team to ensure familiarized and knowledgeable of the requirements of work.
Install, resolve, repair, troubleshoot, and analyze faults speedily and recommend holistic, sustainable, and costeffective solutions to the Authority.
Certify and endorse Job Completion from Contractors.
Call quotations, evaluating and recommending to TP for works outside the maintenance contracts; provide a technical report if necessary.
Supervise and manage inhouse and outsourced contractors on the scheduled maintenance of Fire functions and systems within the building.
Responsible for the efficient performance of the technicians/vendors in charge of hard engineering services and other supporting scopes.
Monitor the timely submission of reports to clients when necessary.
Coordinate adhoc works (maintenance and projects) and ensure routine works are administered on site.
Assist in the management and coordination of maintenance of Lift services and its equipment through contracted vendors
Ensure that and manage contractors on the scheduled maintenance of Lift functions and systems within the building.
Ensure Permit to Operate are data mined and ensure its renewal
Responsible for the efficient performance of the technicians/vendors in charge of hard engineering services and other supporting scopes.
Monitor the timely submission of reports to clients when necessary.
Coordinate adhoc works (maintenance and projects) and ensure routine works are administered on site.

Qualifications:

Relevant bachelor Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (M&E) or its equivalent;
Minimum 3 years' relevant post degree/diploma experience in related M&E fields, Fire Protection experience or Facilities Management or its equivalent;
Good communication skills to engage users, FMs and clients effectively.
Proactive and also work as a team player since coordination works are required.
Good softskills in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and good writing skills
