We are looking for an Enthusiastic, Energetic Administrator who thrives in a fast paced startup environment.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Perform the full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties
Perform manual and efiling, categorization and document management
Perform data entry in to digital system and databases
Prepare invoices, documents, agreements, presentations
Maintain and monitor customers' subscription timelines
Mange and coordinate meeting calendar
Other administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirement

Minimum 1year relevant working experience, including in personal/executive assistant, secretarial, documentation, accounts assistant roles
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Familiar with organising, categorising and efiling in cloud storage and system
Excellent organisation and communication skills, with a proactive & positive attitude
Dedicated, detailoriented and efficient
Adaptable and Able to work with mínimal supervision
Maritime industry experience and flair in using new software will be added advantage
