- Assist the PMO lead in managing the respective platform market to which the candidate is assigned.
- Monitor, report, and oversee the overall Platform Built portfolio, including financial management, headcount, and vendor management.
- Assist and guide Project Managers (PM) in initiating new projects.
- Track and monitor actual spending of project budgets, including software, hardware, professional services, travel, expenses, etc., ensuring compliance with the correct accounting treatment (CAPEX/OPEX).
- Analyze all project data and deliverables, ensuring adherence to all timeframe and budget requirements.
- Ensure that actuals and forecasts are correctly assessed and populated according to delivery milestones, following Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
- Collaborate with the central COO team to align with bank reporting.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and management reporting.
- Communicate project/program management status to various stakeholders as required.
- A minimum of 4-12 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Previous experience in 'Banking' or as a Financial Analyst is preferred.
- Strong financial management and budget tracking skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of analyzing project data and deliverables.
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards (e.g., FRS).
- Excellent communication and reporting skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work closely with Project Managers and guide them in project initiation and financial aspects.
