- Daily fixing of loan rates with clients within the assigned portfolio.
- Monitoring of daily excesses and handling of transaction exceptions (e.g. GIRO, cheques) under the assigned portfolio of clients.
- Attending to clients' inquiries and requests for all loan drawdown, rollovers, repayments; fixed deposit placements, rollovers, withdrawals; funds transfer, foreign exchange transactions and other operational matters, including arranging for statements/advices to clients.
- Handling of account mandate updates and facilitating trade-related transactions.
- Handling of matters relating to dormant accounts, undelivered mails, call back process, and reviewing of non-registered contacts listing jointly with Relationship Managers.
- Ad-hoc projects, reporting, and other operational duties including administrative support, as may be assigned from time to time.
- Overall, to work closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders, to deliver a superior client servicing experience.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related field
- Experience in client servicing within Banking industry preferred
- Independent, fast learner with the ability to multi-task and work under time pressure
- Good written and oral communication skills, to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
- Meticulous, with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Team player
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential in servicing Chinese clients across various industries.
