Description

Our client is from Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.

Duties:

Supervise and ensure the smooth functioning of building assets and systems, including Cleanroom systems like Air Handling units and HEPA systems.
Oversee supporting services like Cleaning, Security, Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S), and Pest Control, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to building facilities.
Uphold workplace and fire safety standards according to prevailing laws and regulations.
Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts in line with NEA requirements.
Conduct due diligence on preventive maintenance work in compliance with contracts and purchase orders.
Provide guidance to the team on maintenance strategies for optimal asset uptime and availability.
Lead the troubleshooting team in resolving complex issues.
Generate monthly reports on building facility operations.
Ensure team members possess the required skills for their roles and encourage their professional development.
Cultivate social relationships with all departments to foster a cohesive work environment.

Requirements:
