Description
Responsibilities
- Post and monitor job advertisements
- Conduct basic screening calls and arrange interviews
- Tidy up Job Description into new format
- Consolidate data comparison for 3 shortlisted HRMS vendors
- Update organization chart as per budgeting file
- Verify invoices and submission
- Consolidate monthly utilities expenses and update tracking report
- Procure stationery and pantry supplies
- Any other adhoc tasks as assigned by Superior
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
