- Provide overall IT onsite support to end users in The Company with high regards to quality, responsiveness and mutual respect.
- Support computer set-up, installation, troubleshooting, service, upgrades, and maintenance; includes printing, both locally and on the network; and auxiliary devices such as tablets and smartphones.
- Provide 2nd level onsite support to end users for all IT infrastructure matters for The Company.
- Support The Company's IT systems for end users environment and its SOP.
- Support IT Infrastructure environment for The Company.
- Ensure all IT supports rendered are capture through The Company IT helpdesk ticketing system.
- Ensure IT inventory is up to date.
- Support corporate phone configurations and deployment.
- Deploy, refresh, reuse or dispose end users IT equipment according to The Company guidelines.
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for repair service for any end users' IT equipment breakdown
- Support Procurement activities with vendors such purchase order requisition, good receipt,etc
- Standby assistance 24x7 for IT infrastructure related matters.
- Perform PC and server security patches as required
- Troubleshoot network issues (wireless and LAN)
- Hands and feet support that requires access via application (e.g. data extraction required in support of IT incidents/investigations/troubleshooting/audit trail reviews, user accessreviews, periodic re-evaluation reviews etc.)
- Support CSV qualification activities such as system upgrade and change controls:Support installation of the software, firmware, and hardware as appropriate
- Support installation of the software, firmware, and hardware as appropriate
- Execute qualification protocol
- Coordination for IT installation of relevant upgrade on software
- To create/update relevant IT related documents (Such as URS, config data sheet etc.) and upload into the relevant document depository.
- Support Project by following up with relevant stakeholders to ensure project tasks related to Infrastructure and Application software qualification are completed per scheduled timelines.
- PC Hardware Setup, staging and server setup as per NBS IT Company's Standard configuration requirements.
- Lead investigations and complete investigations in case of any test failure.Complete qualification
- Lead the qualification and discuss with site IT for equipment and PC availability
- Align the schedule with users for equipment availability to do the upgrade with good coordination
- On site hands and feet support for User Access Management, (e.g. Application user account creation/modification/deactivation/password reset etc.)
- PC/server reboots where required
- Hands and feet support that requires access via application (e.g. data extraction required in support of IT incidents/investigations/troubleshooting/audit trail reviews, user access reviews, periodic re-evaluation reviews etc.)
