Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to, commercial agreements, vendor contracts, employment agreements, and licensing agreements.
Provide legal guidance and support to various departments within the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues, providing insightful advice and recommendations to management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
Manage legal documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Represent the organization in legal proceedings, as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.
Proven track record of handling legal matters for multiple entities within a group structure.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
