Your key responsibilities

As the Senior Tax Manager, your expertise will be put to the test as you delve into high level tax due diligence and structuring engagements, ensuring meticulous and insightful analysis.

You will provide counsel on M&A transactions, evaluate tax risks and benefits while exploring opportunities for tax-efficient restructurings.

Juggling multiple projects, you will foster seamless collaboration with colleagues worldwide while building and nurturing strong working relationships with key clients, contributing significantly to the firm's success.

Furthermore, your role as a mentor will be integral, guiding junior team members to reach their full potential in a culture of growth and excellence within the team.

Requirements:

The ideal qualifications for the Senior Manager position are as follows:

A Master's degree (MA) in Finance, Law, Business, Economics, or any related Post Graduate/Professional qualification
At least 8 years of focused experience in a dynamic M&A tax environment (or a similar field)
Exceptional communication skills at a senior level and a track record of establishing strong client relationships
Demonstrated ability to deliver under tight deadlines without compromising the quality and precision of work
A highly collaborative individual who excels as a team player and possesses the ability to lead and motivate others
