As the Product Design Lead at TSGS, you will shape the future of our chat app. This role demands a visionary leader who excels in design thinking and ensures that our product designs align seamlessly with our company's vision. Working closely with the CEO and various stakeholders, you will be instrumental in delivering the product vision and enhancing user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the design team in creating compelling, efficient, innovative user experiences.

● Implement design thinking methodologies across all product lines to solve complex challenges and deliver superior user experiences.

● Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate them into design solutions that align with business goals.

● Provide strategic leadership in ideating, developing, and refining design processes and deliverables.

● Ensure consistency in design across all product touchpoints.

● Advocate for user-centred design practices and integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product design.

● Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to enhance product design.

● Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, and continually apply new technologies and methodologies to improve product design.

● Mentor and develop a team of designers, fostering a collaborative, productive, and positive working environment.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 5 years experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

● Proven track record of leading design projects and delivering user-centric solutions.

● Deep understanding of design thinking and experience leading workshops and design sessions.

● Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in design software and UX design.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Experience in managing a team of designers and working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
