At Flo Energy Singapore Pte. Ltd. we're looking for a Finance Executive to join our team.

Full-time / Part-time - Singapore

About the job:

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the Finance Executive will be responsible for the following:

Accounting operations - support month end closing and reporting process
Accounts payable - booking invoices and processing payment
Customer collection management

a. Customer GIRO deductions - processing GIRO forms, updating GIRO status, tracking collections

b. Processing customer refunds

c. Track and bank cheques received from customers

d. Following up with outstanding receivables for certain lines of business

Ad-hoc analysis related to the above tasks

Other administrative tasks to support and continuously improve overall financial and accounting operations
About you: We'd love to hear from you if you:

Have a basic understanding of accounting and finance, as attested by a Diploma in Accounting or Finance (or an equivalent qualification)
Are organised and systematic
Have a working understanding of accounting and banking functions, especially month end closing and reporting, GIRO, cheques and payments in general
