- 5 days work week ( Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm)
- 0-20% performance related pay (PRP) per month
- 2% medical pay per month

Job Type: Permanent- Full Time
. Support day-to-day administrative and coordination work to the department.
. In charge of filing, data entry and administrative duties
. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
. Maintain and update employees' records for new hires, terminations, leave records, training records, etc
. Provide support to ensure effective information flow and communication among various internal and external stakeholders.
. Outreach to vendors for business procurement related matters
. Assist with payroll and collection.
. Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
1-2 years of working experience in similar industry.
Diploma in Human Resoure/ Business/ Psychology
IT savvy and good in Microsoft Office
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
CEI preferred
