Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities:
- Evaluating technical programs.
- Troubleshooting technical programs.
- Finding ways to increase productivity and reduce expenses.
- Learning about new products and technologies.
- Use JIRA service desk system to manage issue resolution
Technical Support Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical / electronics/mechatronics
- Prior work experience as a technical specialist.
Hands on experience in Die Attach Process and Die Attach Application:
- Detail-oriented.
- Solid organization and coordination skills.
- Project Management experience
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$1, $6,500.00 per month
