Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities:


  • Evaluating technical programs.
  • Troubleshooting technical programs.
  • Finding ways to increase productivity and reduce expenses.
  • Learning about new products and technologies.
  • Use JIRA service desk system to manage issue resolution

Technical Support Engineer Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in electrical / electronics/mechatronics
  • Prior work experience as a technical specialist.

Hands on experience in Die Attach Process and Die Attach Application:

  • Detail-oriented.
  • Solid organization and coordination skills.
  • Project Management experience
