- To perform end to end recruitment process from sourcing, interview, selection, offer, negotiation to on-boarding of new hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify their business needs and requirements as well as to assess candidate's suitability for the role.
- Review the effectiveness of our existing sourcing channels, and to explore new sourcing channels in building our talent pools.
- Ensure necessary on-boarding documentation and activities are completed promptly and accurately.
- Organize and participate in recruitment fairs as and when necessary.
- Any other administrative duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, from a recognized university.
- 1 – 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with combination of in-house and external agencies experience.
- Meticulous, numerate and strong in processes
- Pro-active and able to multi-task
- Independent as well as a strong team player
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
