    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities

    • To perform end to end recruitment process from sourcing, interview, selection, offer, negotiation to on-boarding of new hires.
    • Partner with hiring managers to identify their business needs and requirements as well as to assess candidate's suitability for the role.
    • Review the effectiveness of our existing sourcing channels, and to explore new sourcing channels in building our talent pools.
    • Ensure necessary on-boarding documentation and activities are completed promptly and accurately.
    • Organize and participate in recruitment fairs as and when necessary.
    • Any other administrative duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, from a recognized university.
    • 1 – 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with combination of in-house and external agencies experience.
    • Meticulous, numerate and strong in processes
    • Pro-active and able to multi-task
    • Independent as well as a strong team player
    • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
