Patient Service Associate/ Enrolled Nurse/ Clinic Assistant

Mon- Fri : 9am-5pm , Sat : 9am-1pm

Location : Orchard

Salary : $2500-$3500

Tasks

• Assist doctors during the treatment and examination of patients.
• Assist in reporting or analysing of department's or clinic's statistics and data.
• Identify situations where patients require additional attention.
• Liaise with patients and other stakeholders to provide services to patients.
• Manage patients' feedback and enquiries.
• Monitor inventories of non-clinical items.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
• Participate in the execution of designated emergency response tasks.
• Perform basic clinical procedures.
• Perform bed bookings.
• Perform measurement of basic health parameters.
• Perform patient registration and discharge.
• Perform payment collection procedures, insurance billings procedures.
• Prepare consultation rooms.
• Prepare patients for physical examination or minor procedures to be performed by doctors.
• Prepare patients' records and documentation pre- and postconsultation and procedures.
• Provide financial counselling to patients.
• Provide patient and caregiver education where necessary.
• Provide post-consultation instructions where necessary.
• Reconcile daily monetary transactions.
• Schedule appointments for patients.
