Description

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering expert beauty advice, and driving sales within our beauty department.

Working Hour:

•Morning Shift- 9am to 6.30pm, 11am to 8.30pm

•Afternoon Shift: 11.30am to 9.30pm, 12.30pm to 10.30pm

•Animation Shift- one or twice a month from late afternoon to midnight

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products and treatments.
• Demonstrate product usage and application techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized beauty department, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to effectively advise customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including hygiene and safety standards.
• Willingness to work flexible shift hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a beauty advisory role or similar position preferred.
• Passion for beauty and skincare products, with knowledge of various brands and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability to work shift hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
