Bibi&Baba is a leading uniform supplier in Singapore, with four decades of garment manufacturing and retails experience.

We provide uniforms to schools, hospitals, and other corporates and institurions in Singapore and the region. Our products include customised woven and knit garments, and accessories like caps, ties and bags. We also offer uniform design and distribution management services.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Managing the end to end supply chain process including vendor management, procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics and distribution.
• Monitoring and forecasting demand and supply accurately, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Developing and implementing effective order processing and management systems.
• Selecting, monitoring and managing performance of vendors.
• Identifying and analysing risks affecting supply, delivery and customer demand and developing strategies to mitigate these.
• Participating in strategic supply chain enhancements/ projects to drive optimal manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
• Ensuring effective and efficient warehouse and logistics operations.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain and Quality), clients and suppliers and ensuring a seamless supply of products to and from the warehouse.
• Monitoring and allocating storage space.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience ideally as a Warehousing / Distribution or Supply Chain within Retail and Manufacturing.
• You posssess good knowledge of tax and process regulations with respect the import and export of products.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
