Jal Yoga International is a well established Yoga studio that has 6 studios around Singapore offering Yoga, Pilates and Barre classes an expanded to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Jakarta, Indonesia. We are looking for an individual who are mature and responsible who is able to handle both the studio branch and our valued customers.
Responsibilities
Receiving members/visitors and assisting with checking in of the Yoga classes
Attending to phone calls, emails
Handle bookings, cancellations, and reconfirmation requests from members/visitors
Collection of payments over the counter and able to use the NETS/VISA and other payment machines
Admin duties such as updating profiles of membership, scanning and filing. Follow up with waitlists.
All other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management
Maintaining studio cleanliness, sanitising mats and props after each class ends. No allergies to disinfectants or any cleaning products
Closing studio SOP includes of mopping the floors, emptying dust bins and rinse washrooms/bathrooms.
Requirements
Highly energetic individuals, cheerful personality with a strong interest in the wellness industry
Professional, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be fully committed and reliable as you will be handling the front desk alone
Love meeting people and interacting. Not shy and bubbly personality
Basic computer skills
Candidates with relevant qualifications, customer service/hospitality background, with experience in handling front desk and admin duties.
Working hours 4.30pm-9pm Mon-Fridays. 8.30am - 5.30pm Saturdays - Sundays with 1 hour lunch breakThose who can commit either 5 days on weekdays or 2 days on weekends can be accepted.
Successful candidates will be undergoing training first.
