    Roles & Responsibilities

    Traineeship Description:

    -This position reports to the Admin Manager.

    -Opportunities for career progression to Admin Executive

    Responsibilities:

    1. Assist with general office administration & any other duties as assigned by the manager

    or director

    2. Assist Financial Services Consultants (FSCs) in handling customer requests

    3. Liaise with different departments to help FSCs enquire on pending underwriting or

    claims processes, existing customers enquiries.
    4. Assist FSCs in generating policy summary reports for clients & follow up pending

    requirements

    5. Provide direct admin support to FSCs such as answering phone calls, scheduling

    appointments, directing customers enquries to the appropriate department.

    6. Creating powerpoint for meetings, training or webinars

    Competencies to learn:

    1. You will be proficient in using online platforms to assist FSCs in their client's requests

    2. You will learn how to engage with clients & FSCs professionally

    3. Be proficient in designing creative powerpoints for trainings or webinars

    4. Elevate skills in telephone techniques & handling objections

    Duration of Traineeship / Attachment Offered:

    · 6 months

    Approved Training Allowance:

    · Fresh Graduates $1,800

    · Non-Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $1,800

    · Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2,200

    Requirements:

    This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals

    (mature and non mature).

    Graduates interested in this position should possess ITE certification and above.

    Mid career individuals from any qualifications level can apply.
