Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in leading and supervising new quality improvement team
  • Responsible in investigating root cause of inhouse claim and customer claims
  • Responsible in providing preventive solutions for claims
  • Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and propose actions for improvement
  • Improve and maintain production assembly and quality assurance section process check sheets documents

Job Requirements:

  • With relevant working experience in quality assurance
  • Demonstrates willingness to help and support other team members
  • Working location: Joo Koon (Company Transport Provided)
  • Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon
  • Fri, 8am 5:15pm
