About the Program:

1year development program that provides a comprehensive view of our business operations
Gain handson and practical industry experience in various fields of expertise such as Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Finance, Human Resources, and Corporate Planning.
Rotate between different teams within an assigned function including the learning at our frontline operations at service stations and distributions hubs
Learn about our culture and management philosophy
Develop and strengthen your ability to analyze, prioritize and act on goals from a strategic leadership perspective

Requirements:

Degree / Masters Students from Courses or Working experiences eg. Technology Related, Analysis Management, Information Management, Economics, Engineering will be most ideal
Determined, selfmotivated and passionate
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Good presentation and analytical skills
Eager to learn and a fast learner
Proactive and value adding in approach to work
Demonstrate leadership and management potential
Highly committed, hardworking and selfdisciplined
Capable of performing under high pressure; adaptable to different cultures and working environments
Good command in both spoken & written Mandarin and/or English preferred due to Business requirements and ease of communication
Be ready for the Working location in Home Country and Training in Shenzhen, China
