Description
We are recruiting for an established listed real estate/hospitality company with an estimated AUM of more than USD2.5 billion.
Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, you will be responsible for preparing the annual report and disclosure documents (including presentation slides and press releases) for quarterly announcement and annual general meeting.
This will include conducting research (collate and compile market, industry, peer and portfolio information) in support of investor relations activities of the Company. You will take the lead in n investor relations activities, including fostering rapport with the investment community including research analysts, fund managers and the media. You will be organising and attending investor relations meetings, analyst/ investor/ media briefings, IR conferences/ roadshows and annual general meeting.
You will also track market and company related news through daily news monitoring; collate and compile analyst reports to update management of latest market sentiments as well as managing all investor relations related interface, including website, social media, web enquiries, and telephone enquiries. You will support capital raising and corporate finance activities of the business and assisting in the preparation of presentation slides, press release, announcement and/or circular in support of acquisition/ divestment activities.
Requirements:
You are degree qualified from a reputable education institute in Business, Real Estate, Accountancy, and any other related courses.
You have about 6-8 years of experience in a similar capacity.
You are highly numerical and able to multi-task.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
We are recruiting for a Listed Real Estate Company. They are seeking an Investor Relations Professional to join them as they continue their growth story.
You will be largely responsible for all related Investor Relations function such as SGX Announcements, Annual Report, AGM/EGM etc.
You will prepare half yearly financial results and quarterly business update materials such as press release, presentation and FAQ, organise half yearly analyst and media investor briefings as well as quarterly investor relations reports for the Board, and other internal and external presentations.
You will also work closely with the investment and finance teams to prepare acquisition and divestment press releases and provide ongoing and timely response to the investment community, prepare/update factsheet, and research ad-hoc topics, monitor portfolio assets periodic performance, conducting analysis of overall S-REIT performance/sentiments and market environment etc.
