    Roles & Responsibilities

    Company Overview:

    We are a leading company in Gadget supplier industry. With a focus on meeting customer needs and ensuring satisfaction, we are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our customer service team.

    Job Description:

    Respond to customer inquiries: Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, addressing questions and concerns effectively.

    Process orders and returns: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues related to their purchases.

    Provide product information: Educate customers about our products/services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

    Handle complaints: Listen to customer complaints with empathy, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department if necessary.

    Maintain customer records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, updating information as needed in the customer database.

    Job Requirements:

    Excellent communication skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication in [language(s)].

    Customer-centric mindset: Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs.

    Problem-solving skills: Capacity to analyze situations, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.

    Attention to detail: Ability to accurately record information and follow established procedures.

    Time management: Capability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.

    Experience in customer service roles is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
