Regional Director (m/f/d) Asia

Tasks
Responsibility for growth strategies and business development in Asia
Increasing sales, market share, and visibility in the region, both in new business as well as in service
Providing leadership to the subsidiaries in the region regarding strategy, medium and long-term business development, and marketing
Steering the sales partners in the region in line with the overall strategy
Country-specific market and competition analysis
Evaluation of establishing further sales locations in the region as well as M&A-opportunities
Report to the Executive Board at HQ

Requirements
University degree
Several years of sales and management experience in Asia in the field of sophisticated technical capital goods
Knowledge of the semiconductor / metrology / laser technology / optical industries is an advantage
Good intercultural knowledge (China, Taiwan, Korea, Southeast Asia)
Experience in project business
Conceptual strength and entrepreneurial thinking
Sales-oriented personality with strong negotiating skills
Willingness to travel in the region
Very good skills in English, Chinese would be a plus
